The past few days I have decided I needed something new to try besides my typical workouts at the gym. I started to research “all things yoga” to get me started. From the articles to the tutorials at home I found myself to really enjoy the idea of stretching my body in ways I never would have thought. After much research on places to go I found that the Friendship Centre offers yoga classes for free!
