Jessica here! We had a wonderful easter with friends and family! Jalen had a blast at the community Easter egg hunt in Friendship Square and we all enjoyed the Easter service at the Church at Highpoint! Afterwards, we made a traditional Polish Easter meal with recipes coming from Bret’s grandmother’s recipe book! Of course, I always make meals meant to feed an army, so we have so much leftover ham. I found this great cheesy leftover ham casserole that has allowed us to use the rest of the ham before we got too sick of ham sandwiches! I hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
