The turkey is the unquestioned star of the Thanksgiving meal and can be the most daunting part as well. With a little extra planning and care, it doesn’t need to be. We are hosting a very special Friendsgiving with some of our neighbors who coincidently have become our very best friends. We were contemplating between deep frying and roasting the turkey but after seeing this article on grilling the turkey, we are going to give it a shot!
