I have been noticing that the new property is going up quickly and they are going to have a Liv/Work unit available. I have a couple of friends that would like to have a small business however live in the same unit. This is perfect for them! I found this Murphy Bed that they can use to convert the back room into an office by day and bedroom by night. On top of that once they move into the new property I will get a referral fee. HighPoint Town Square is the place to be!
